The Common Allocation Policy is Changing

In Summer 2013 the Common Allocation Policy will have a number of changes made to it.  Until then the current policy will be applied and you do not need to do anything.  We will write to you to tell you about the changes or you can view a summary of the changes here.  As at 22 May 2013 we expect that the new policy be be published around the 27 June although this is subject to change.

Hodgsons Road, Blyth

The development of new homes at Hodgsons Road estate in Blyth is underway and on track.  As at 22nd May 2013, we expect the first properties to be ready around the second week in October.  All of the available homes (there will be 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes) will be advertised on Northumberland Homefinder about 6 weeks before the first new homes are ready.  Watch this space for further updates.

If you would like to be kept informed about when the properties will be advertised please email Gary McGuire at gary.mcguire@northumberland.gov.uk or call him on 01670 620260.  (Interested applicants will need to be registered with Northumberland Homefinder and will need to bid if they wish to be considered.  Homes will be allocated in accordance with the Common Allocation Policy).

If you need help to complete the application form, you can contact us.  Our details are in the How to Contact Us section of the website.
