How to Use the Service



 There are four steps involved in finding a home through Northumberland Homefinder.  They are:

 Applying to join, and being accepted onto, the Housing Register

• Choosing

Viewing the properties that we have available and expressing an interest or "bidding".

• Offer

If your "bid" is successful we will offer you a tenancy.

• Feedback

We will publish the priority band and length of time on the waiting list of the applicant who was offered the property.
